Belin Marko, MA, PMP Founder and Principal
Belin is the founder and principal consultant at Data Clever. She has over two decades of experience leading and creating evaluations of projects focused on promoting positive change, health, and empowerment among individuals and communities. She specializes in strategic planning, coalition development and facilitation, program evaluation, implementation science research, and evaluation capacity-building. Their work has spanned multiple content areas, including health equity, HIV and diabetes prevention and care, clinician workforce development, substance dependency, child development, and user experience research. Belin utilizes her strong background in quantitative and qualitative methods to produce purpose-informed evaluations that engage clients throughout the planning and implementation process. She also teaches research and evaluation courses and provides capacity-building services to a host of clients.

Dia Adams, MA Senior Research Scientist
Dia is a senior research scientist at Khamarko Consulting. Her career spans almost two decades, and focuses on the intersection of education, business partnerships, and technology. She has experience conducting U.S. Department of Education funded studies, working as a data lead at the Maryland Department of Education, serving as an analyst for the Kids Count Data Book, and sitting on education task forces in consort with the Office of First Lady Michelle Obama, and Former General Colin Powell. Much of her work has centered around addressing racial equity issues, including the development of culturally competent teachers, increasing STEM education and career opportunities for minority youth, and implementing effective after school programs for students in under resourced communities. In addition to experience with education and tech policy, she is a mixed methodologist who has authored numerous federally and privately funded evaluation studies.

Candace Samon Project Coordinator
Candace is a project coordinator at Khamarko Consulting. She has worked with community-based organizations and foundations for over a decade. Her past work has focused on community development, refugee assistance, and studying gun violence. She is a qualitative researcher that has conducted interviews with family members of victims of gun violence. She has also developed innovative methods of disseminating findings, including video clips and sending press releases.
