What We Do Research and Program Evaluation

We take a collaborative, participatory approach and employ design thinking methods to facilitate brainstorming and planning, and build products based on informed decision-making.

Through our combination of customized services, technical expertise, and powerful ideas, we help organizations optimize their internal capacity and maximize their impact.

STRATEGY

Issue: Community needs, the local epidemic, and funder priorities often change, and organizations need help re-aligning their mission and activities to meet this shift.

Our services will help. We engage leadership, staff, and stakeholders on program priorities, manage committees, review secondary data, and collect data to better understand needs and shape the strategic vision.

EVALUATION

Issue: Many organizations do not have trained staff able to independently create powerful evaluations for complex programs.

We design and lead evaluations leveraging our expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods. Our services include designing and implementing evaluation plans, analyzing data, creating impactful data visuals, and disseminating findings.

LEARNING

Issue: Many organizations need assistance with designing and implementing an evaluation or need tailored assistance to build skills.

We support and guide teams by identifying skill gaps and developing a strategy to build individual or team skills in the methods most appropriate to the given context. We also develop workshops and other resources, as needed, to meet needs.
